CMS Clarifies Legionnaires Infection Control Requirement For Nursing Homes

In early July, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) issued a clarifying memorandum to certified healthcare facilities regarding CMS’s “expectations” for mitigation of legionella risks.
